Before I formed the top producing Empowerment Realty Team, I first practiced as an independent agent then furthered my career in real estate as General Manager for The Chappell Team of Keller Williams and later on as a Listing Specialist for The Kink Team of Keller Williams. Before entering into real estate, I worked in the entertainment industry acting and modeling across the U.S. where I honed the impeccable power of marketing and negotiation. As seen in “Texas Monthly” and recognized as a Five Star Real Estate Agent in 2011, I am committed to providing unparalleled service to the customer. Buying or Selling a home is an important step and can sometimes be confusing and emotional. My goal is always to “under-commit” and “over-deliver” with strong ongoing customer service.
Growing up in The Woodlands and Conroe area has established a deep love and appreciation for the state of Texas, and my familiarity with the area has been invaluable to my career in real estate. Residential real estate is my passion and I work hard to earn the privilege of servicing my clients.
Teresa has sold over $100 million in sales in the past 9 years. Teresa specializes primarily in listings, but leads a team specializing in buying, investing and leasing homes as well. The areas The Kennedy Team works include The Woodlands, Spring, Magnolia, Tomball, North Houston, Conroe, Lake Conroe, Montgomery and Willis. In addition, Teresa is extremely active in the community in several different organizations. The team also does a tremendous amount of community outreach events and client appreciation parties during the course of the year.
When I am not selling homes, I enjoy spending time with my three sons, Tristan, Dalton and Max. I also enjoy exercising, bible study, reading, journaling, mentoring others, volunteering at my boy’s school, and giving back to the amazing community we live in.
